Productive Mornings


Do you walk before bedtime?


Maybe you should try. Scheduling a leisurely 20 minute walk after the dinner.

It's allows you to reduce your levels of the body's stress hormones.

And better digesting system.

Take this time to calm your mind and de-stress from the day's activities.

Slowly let your mind to work through whatever random thoughts it is having.

Then push them to the back of your mind, and focus on your breathing, on every step you are taking, and on your surroundings as you walk.

As a part of a pre-sleep ritual, you can use this to tell your body that sleep is about to commence.

By taking the time to think about what you did today and what you need to do tomorrow.

Develop a routine.

Last taking your last final few minutes, to be grateful of all things you've been through today.
