You may be missing just a key step (or two) that is crucial to having an engaging, non-salesy, and non-manipulative enrollment conversation –
especially if what you're doing during your "sample sessions" is coaching. If you're just providing a great coaching session to your prospects and "hoping" they'll sign up when they experience "aha's", you're leaving a lot of money on the table and I'm betting that you're not enrolling many clients!
