Cookin' Cajun was created because so many friends were asking for my seafood Cajun gumbo and chicken soup. Ronn suggested I  Create a cookbook to go with the spice and I thought it was great because now friends could make these dishes themselves and stop bugging me for them! There are over 50 dishes with colorful photos of each dish created. Some of my favorites include, Cajun Crabcakes, Cajun Gumbo, Beef Stew, Filet Migon w/Oyster Dressing, Chicken Soup and of course Seafood Gumbo.
