Crisis of Sodium


Though you may think that it's harmless seasoning, the truth is that too much salt

could kill you. Excess sodium can lead to high blood pressure which, in turn, increase your risk of cardiovascular disease, obesity, osteoporosis, stroke, kidney disease, and certain type of cancer.

In short, a little bit of extra flavour is not worth a lifetime of suffering of chronic disease.
