Ever wondered why you are feeling down all the time?

 

Its not because you are socially awkward and have no friends. Quite the contrary, you constantly have family and friends support. In fact, you are in a proud relationship in which you plan to get married.

 

You're convinced that unless you place yourself in your current social circles, life cannot get any harder than living in isolation, or is it?

 

With that in mind, I want to draw your attention to toxic relationship you are better off without.

 

1. Colleagues:

 

Identify so called "comrades" who tell you they've got your back. But back-stab or double cross you so that they can beat you to that promotion.

 

In order not to fall into their category, you're better off not participating in the gossip corner.

 

2. Buddy:

 

You don't need acceptance, companionship or vote of confidence from friend or "peers" who don't treat you as equal.

 

If you are being utilized as a money lender, or backup plan to complete their homework or assignment, chances are you are valued only as a free-ride rather than friend. You need to remove these parasites STAT.

3. "Romantic relationship":

 

Nothing can be rosier than finding your other half and rolling together with the tag "us against the world", or is it? The truth is nothing can be worse than having someone possessive, egoistic, highly opinionated who wants to dominate you in every way.

 

They control you by criticizing your decisions and actions. They emotionally blackmailed you if you don't dance to their whims and fancies, while refusing to compromise.

 

Well on the outside you 2 look like the prom king and queen, but on the inside you are suffering, chained and bonded.

 

You are a puppet, he or she pulls your string, draining your resources and energy. Your perceived self worth depends on how happy he/she is with you. So you toiled selflessly on empty tank just to get his/her acceptance and love?

 

Is it worth it?

 

 

Some human interaction are more complicated than the other. I cannot imagine what situation/ predicament you are in. But let me encourage you, " If you can't love yourself 1st, no one is gonna love you".
